Sriram Manoharan is the Founder and CEO of CONTUS TECH, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and global service delivery for digital transformation solutions. Under his leadership, CONTUS TECH serves clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises across more than eight countries.

Founded in 2008, CONTUS TECH was built with a clear mission: to accelerate innovation and streamline service delivery in digital transformation. Sriram Manoharan bootstrapped the company with an initial investment of USD 20,000 and grew it into one of India’s few successful and consistently profitable bootstrapped technology companies.

As a first-generation entrepreneur with a strong technology background, he played a hands-on role in shaping the company’s growth by adopting inbound marketing strategies and automating sales processes, enabling global demand generation.

CONTUS TECH’s flagship products include MirrorFly, a self-hosted CPaaS solution; VPlayed, a customizable video streaming platform; and OnTheFly, a live streaming SaaS solution. In 2022, MirrorFly and VPlayed were recognized among the top five global platforms in their respective categories, serving a diverse client base that includes funded start-ups and large enterprises.

As the head of growth, Sriram Manoharan drives the development of scalable digital products and platforms with global relevance in the B2B ecosystem. From its early days with just two employees operating out of a 500-square-foot apartment, CONTUS TECH has grown significantly, with its solutions now impacting millions of devices and endpoints worldwide. The company continues to focus on enhancing digital experiences that improve lives, either directly or through its clients’ offerings.

Before founding CONTUS TECH, Sriram Manoharan worked with organizations such as Movate, IBM, and TCS in technology development and leadership roles. He took on his first leadership position at the age of 24 and has since built and led high-performing teams across multiple organizations. Many professionals who worked under his leadership continue to grow with him at CONTUS TECH or hold senior leadership roles at leading global technology companies.
