- Everything in sales !! (Lead qualification & Scoring,Solution Demo & Company Presentation,Requirement Gathering,Tech solutioning with SMEs, Proposaling, Close deals (Negotiation))

What kind of process you’ll subjected to ? It would be an end to end sales process.
- The end to end sales cycle like contacts, lead status, deal creations, sales funnel and pipeline will be managed using hubspot CRM.
- Contus provides flexible working hours to reach your leads and potential customers anytime, anywhere as per the need.
What is the incentive structure in Contus ?
- There is no bar(limit) for your incentives and which will be credited every month along with the salary based on the project billings.
DUTIES OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
- Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
- Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend.
- Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization.
- Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
- You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Proven business development Executive who is used to working to targets.
- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
- Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.

- Multi-geographical sales exposure.
- Understand our client’s business models and provide solutions on their requirement.
- Interact with the technical team and the other departments to complete the project as per the client’s requirement.
