  • Everything in sales !! (Lead qualification & Scoring,Solution Demo & Company Presentation,Requirement Gathering,Tech solutioning with SMEs, Proposaling, Close deals (Negotiation)) Lead generation would not be in your journey if it is with Contus.

  • We have our Digital marketing team & they promote our solutions in globe market. Client contact us with their business requirements. It’s all inbound mails and it’s not going to be through cold calls.

What kind of process you’ll subjected to ? It would be an end to end sales process.

  • The end to end sales cycle like contacts, lead status, deal creations, sales funnel and pipeline will be managed using hubspot CRM.
  • Contus provides flexible working hours to reach your leads and potential customers anytime, anywhere as per the need.

What is the incentive structure in Contus ?

  • There is no bar(limit) for your incentives and which will be credited every month along with the salary based on the project billings.

What an ideal candidate should possess

  • Multi-geographical sales exposure.
  • Understand our client’s business models and provide solutions on their requirement.
  • Interact with the technical team and the other departments to complete the project as per the client’s requirement.
  • Should be an excellent networker to work along with parallel teams to deliver the right customers.
  • Should be excellent negotiator.
  • Customer relationship and account management.
  • Should have the capability to handle the complete sales cycle using any CRM.
