  • Minimum 2 -3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Mandatory to drive car with driving license.
  • General Administration & Regular check of office equipment and maintenance
  • Must have knowledge of Vendor Management, Travel Desk Management.
  • Good in compliance Management, Petty Cash Management, Negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge in UPS, Electrical & plumbing appliances.
  • Housekeeping/Pantry/Security Management Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
  • Must be familiar with various markets for procurement like device & Systems.
  • Organizing office parties, gifting solutions etc.
  • Good knowledge in handling CCTV, Assets Maintenance, Biometric system etc.

Profile Specification:

  • Basic Computer knowledge in Ms Excel & Word
  • Should be highly enthusiastic,energetic, and excellent to work for long tenure.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • PS: Person should have good exposure in relevant field, married, age around 35
