Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a total experience of 8 years and at least 5 years in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in agile project delivery to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Utilize business process modeling (BPM) tools to design and envision solutions that address identified requirements.
- Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate future requirements, and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Manage project scope, risks, and issues while collaborating with project, business, UX, and technical teams to elicit detailed requirements for the product backlog.
- Create conceptual prototypes, mock-ups, wireframes, and user stories to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) and the final product.
- Articulate business needs clearly and visualize end-to-end requirements at both high and detailed levels.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with exposure to functional domains.
- Strong understanding of current trends, tools, and technologies relevant to business analysis.
- Proficiency in agile project delivery and hands-on experience with tools like Atlassian Jira.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and visualize complex business needs effectively.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in product-based manufacturing domains.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies including Angular, JavaScript, AWS, .NET, HTML5/CSS, and Salesforce.
- Experience in defining baseline and target business architectures.
Preferred Certifications:

- PMI-PBA - PMI Professional in Business Analysis.
- SAFe Agile Product Management.
