As part of the corporate team, you will be responsible for planning, developing implementing and delivering the organization's Digital marketing strategies.
Duties and responsibilities:
To lead a team and deliver the company's goals and objectives in Digital Marketing & lead generations
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of:-
Plan & Execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media & display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with the internal team to create a landing page and optimize the user experience.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Ensure articulation of Organization's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications.
Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
Planning and budgeting
Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for Digital marketing monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Recommend & implement short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of Digital Marketing
Work with senior staff, other staff and volunteers to develop and maintain a strategic perspective -- based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction -- in organizational direction, program and services, and decision-making; and ensure the overall health and vitality of the Organization.
Help make sure that the Organization's philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.
Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the Organization's key constituencies regarding the quality of programs and services and the Organizations relevance.
Masters/Bachelors Computer Sciences, Masters Marketing from reputed universities.
Certified courses technical & non-technical on core competency subject matters relevant to the field of expertise.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned intelligent professional with experience in B2B/ B2C in Digital marketing on all India basis. The candidate needs to have demonstrable leadership, and management skills and be capable of delivering in demanding market conditions.
