QA Manager


We are looking for a QA MANAGER to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Should have 3 + years of relevant experience in manager role and overall 10+ years of experiences in IT. -Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills -Skills to engage with the team to expand areas of testing and quality -Self motivator who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills -Strong sense of accountability -Proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from technical specification -Knowledge of software development / software development lifecycle within Agile environment. Experienced in handling communication with stakeholder -Experience with test automation or driving test automation plan - Participate in a Test Design Reviews for integration test plans within and across functions, complex scenarios, usability and accessability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of (5/10/15/20) quality service associates, allocate task to team members and manage test execution delivery based on schedule or SLA's Be First point of contact to plan and manage test execution and responsible for timely delivery Monitor daily operations, create execution reports and communicate to stakeholders on regular basis
