Transcoding Expert

We are looking for a TRANSCODING EXPERT to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Product Development Life Cycle(Telecom Domain).
  • Experience in developing Media servers (MCU) that handles decoding, encoding, and transcoding of H.264, H.265, VP8, VP9 in AVC/SVC variants.
  • Experience using protocol RTP/RTCP and implementation of REMB (NACK/PLI/FIR)
  • Relevant experience in WebRTC and SDP.
  • Relevant experience in developing Media server (SFU/MCU) using GStreamer for video stream routing, transcoding, or Video mixing. Preferably using GStreamer version between v1.13 and v1.16
  • Relevant experience in developing Media server (SFU/MCU) using FFmpeg for Video streaming at server-side stream routing, transcoding, or Video mixing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in C++. Experience in C++11 & C++14 is an advantage.
  • Experience in developments/debugging of media engines in the Linux platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
