UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs and enhance the product development process by ensuring smooth designer-developer handoffs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to translate the UX vision into compelling UI designs
- Design user-centered experiences by solving usability issues, focusing on workflows and interaction models
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets using Figma
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
- Collaborate with front-end developers to establish and refine a design system for product consistency and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Communicate design decisions clearly with team members across departments
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI Website Design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for designing and prototyping
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and openness to feedback for continuous improvement
